Stansted Airport Parking
The third busiest airport in Britain, the Stansted Airport is located 40 miles north
east of the London city. BAA is the official airport operator providing with cheap
and convenient parking options to the passengers. It offers high standard car parking
with security arrangements like regular patrols, fencing and 24 hour cameras.
Long Stay Parking:
This parking formerly called as Pink Elephant Stansted, is suitable for holidays and
long trips and is situated at just a short courtesy bus ride away from the airport
terminal. At this site, the parking services are efficient at competitive prices. There
is a terminal transfer service which operates 24 hours a day, for every 15 minutes and
includes 15 minutes of transfer time. Automated entry and exit barriers are placed
with automated ticketing system. The drive up price per day or part thereof tolls up
to £ 9.50. Parking spaces for Blue Badge holders are available adjacent to the car

Short Stay Parking:
The Short Stay parking is suitable for few hours of stays such as meeting friends
& family from a flight and is found at a short walking distance from the terminal
entrance. The parking tariffs are reasonable costing £ 2.50 for up to 30 minutes, £ 8
for 1-2 hours, and £ 20 for 9-12 hours and £ 28.50 for 18-24 hours and part thereof.
The tariffs are based on the duration and discounts are availed on advance bookings.
Mid Stay Parking:
An alternate option for long and short stay parking is the mid stay parking situated
close to the terminal. Faster transfer services are offered at this parking site Car Rental which
runs every 10 minutes taking 5 minutes of transfer time. The drive up price per day or
part thereof is charged at £ 13.
Valet Parking:
The Valet parking drop off point is located at the far end of the terminal building is
suitable for all the travelers. It is convenient and easy to use charging competitive
prices. It involves chauffeur and the cost goes for around £ 35 for the first day and £ 8
