For a service from the airport, customers should phone the Motel. Parking packages include up to 15 days parking on site at the hotel. You may be required to leave your car keys with the hotel. Extra days parking are available at extra charge per day.
The Bushel and Sack Hotel is located around seven miles from Stansted Airport. Transfers to the airport operate from 04:30-00:00 and take approximately 15-20 minutes. Parking packages include up to 15 days parking on site at the hotel. Extra days parking are available at extra charge per day.
The Down Hall Country House Hotel is located around nine miles from Stansted Airport. Transfers to the airport operate on a scheduled service by Hotel Shuttle Bus hourly between 03:00-09:00 and 19:30-22:30. From the airport transfers operate hourly between 06:30-09:30 and 20:00-23:00. For transfers outside of these times a taxi can be arranged at your own cost. Parking packages include up to 15 days parking on site at the hotel. Extra days parking are available at extra charge per day by the hotel.
The Little Hallingbury Mill is located around five miles from Stansted Airport. Transfers to the airport operate hourly by minibus between 04:00-11:00 and 16:00-23:00. London’s Stansted Airport will soon be part of a new project involving the running of hydrogen
powered Ford Transit vans.
Stansted airport has signed an agreement with DHL supply chain for Hydrogen on site trials of
ITM Power’s transportable high pressure hydrogen refueling unit. The unit built with the support
of a Technology Strategy Board grant will be in place by 2011. Two Ford transit vans driven on
hydrogen internal combustion engines will be operational on hydrogen produced onsite.
The refueling station will produce hydrogen by electrolysis, compress and store the gas and
dispense it on demand at high pressure, making it self contained and suitable for refueling
hydrogen road vehicles and forklift trucks
The Ford Transit HICE vans have Ford’s 2.3litre four-cylinder petrol engine modified by Revolve
Technologies with the addition of a belt-driven supercharge with intercooler to provide additional
combustion air under pressure when operating in the hydrogen fuel mode. The engine retains
its conventional spark ignition system.
Three tanks below the vehicles floor store the hydrogen and the vehicles will have an estimated
range of 95miles urban and 135miles on open highway running.
The location and configuration of the hydrogen tanks do not affect the volume, load height and
load space of the base vehicle.
Two Revolve Ford Transit HICEs are also in operation as Royal Mail post vans in the Outer
Hebrides, Scotland.

The Short Stay parking is suitable for few hours of stays such as meeting friends
& family from a flight and is found at a short walking distance from the terminal
entrance. The parking tariffs are reasonable costing £ 2.50 for up to 30 minutes, £ 8
for 1-2 hours, and £ 20 for 9-12 hours and £ 28.50 for 18-24 hours and part thereof.
The tariffs are based on the duration and discounts are availed on advance bookings.
Mid Stay Parking:
An alternate option for long and short stay parking is the mid stay parking situated
close to the terminal. Faster transfer services are offered at this parking site which
runs every 10 minutes taking 5 minutes of transfer time. The drive up price per day or
part thereof is charged at £ 13.
Valet Parking:
The Valet parking drop off point is located at the far end of the terminal building is
suitable for all the travelers. It is convenient and easy to use charging competitive
prices. It involves chauffeur and the cost goes for around £ 35 for the first day and £ 8
for each subsequent day.

The car park has 24 hour manned security, fenced and gated entry.
Concord Park and Ride Stansted located at 10 Cambridge Road, Stansted, Essex CM24 8BZ is just 3 miles from Stansted Airport and Courtesy buses run on demand and take approximately 15 minutes to reach the airport. Transfers run between 04:00 and 23:00 hrs.
10 minutes prior to arrival you must phone the car park to arrange transfer to the airport. Upon arrival please hand in your voucher / reference number; you will then be transferred to the airport. Instructions for your return will be issued on arrival.
The car park is gated with perimeter fencing and frequent security patrols.
Broxted Air Park at the Three Horseshoes, Mole Hill Green, Bishops Stortford CM22 6PQ is just 5mins from the airport and transfers are available from the park to the terminal.
The minimum stay is 3 days at this car park.

The compound is manned 24 hours a day, patrolled regularly and has security fencing around the perimeter.

BSFC (Bishops Stortford Football Club) parking is located at Stansted BSFC Airport Car Park, Woodside Park, Dunmow Road, Bishops Stortford CM23 5GZ 4 miles to Stansted so takes about 10 minutes by Shuttle bus service from car park direct to terminal.
Report to the car park Reception on arrival and hand in your booking voucher, Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park.
The park has Full patrols, High perimeter fencing, and is secured with full CCTV cameras.
This car park also provides a Meet & Greet service.
Stansted Circle Meet and Greet parking operates from the short stay car park just outside the terminal building, but your car is stored away from the airport. Instructions for parking on arrival and return are provided by your personal chauffeur.

The London Stansted airport is easily reached by car just off the M11 motorway using Junction 8a or 8.

• Long Stay Car Parking.

The long stay car parking is a 10-15min courtesy bus distance away and the frequency of buses is every 15min. The short stay parking is only a short walking distance from the terminal, and suitable for short stays up to 24hrs. Slots can be pre booked and the drive up tariff ranges from £ 2.50 for up to 30mins, £ 4 for 30mins – 1hr increasing to £ 27.50 per 24hrs or part thereof.

• Fast Track Service.

With wider parking spaces, dedicated entry and exit points, in front of the terminal building is the fast track service. The tariff is £ 22 for up to 3hrs increasing to £ 42 per 24hrs or part thereof.

• Short Stay 15mins.

For pick up and drop off the short stay 15min zone is best suited, with tariff ranging from £ 2 for up to 15min, £ 5 for 15-30min, increasing to £ 70 for 24hrs or part thereof.

• Valet Parking.

Valet parking which can be pre booked is available for maximum convenience so you just hand over the car to a valet at the terminal fore court and it is kept ready at the short stay parking on your return.
